Junbucor provides legal services including cross-border deal structuring, contract management, dispute resolution, intellectual property protection, and property title services in Malaysia. Services are provided by qualified legal professionals in accordance with Malaysian law.

3. Limitation of Liability

Junbucor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

4. Client Confidentiality

Client information is protected under attorney-client privilege and Malaysian data protection laws. We comply with GDPR requirements for international clients and maintain strict confidentiality protocols.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website are owned by Junbucor. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees are agreed upon in advance and outlined in engagement letters. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or suitability for specific purposes. Legal advice is provided only upon formal engagement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
